We collect your email address and account information when you register. Usage data such as games tracked and stamina logs are stored solely to provide app functionality.

Your data is used solely to provide and improve the Niracle app experience. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

Niracle uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policy: • Supabase — account authentication and data storage • Google AdMob — advertisements shown to free users • RevenueCat — subscription and purchase management • OneSignal — optional push notifications • Google Sign-In — optional social authentication

Your account data is stored securely via Supabase. We do not store payment information — all payments are processed by Google Play and managed by RevenueCat.

Push notifications are optional and powered by OneSignal. You can disable them at any time in your device settings or within the app.

Free users may see ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use device identifiers to show relevant ads. You can opt out of personalised ads in your device settings under Google → Ads.

Niracle is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your personal data is removed from our systems within 14 days.

We may update this policy occasionally. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

By accessing or using Niracle ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

All content within the App, including but not limited to redemption code databases, game tracking data, stamina calculators, UI designs, and underlying software, is the exclusive property of Niracle Studios. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, or distribution of any part of the App or its data is strictly prohibited.

You agree not to use any bot, scraper, crawler, spider, automated script, or other automated means to access, collect, copy, or monitor any data or content from the App or its underlying services. Violation of this provision may constitute unauthorized access under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) and equivalent laws, and may result in civil or criminal liability.

Certain features of the App require a registered account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Accessing the App or its data using automated tools, even with a valid account, is a breach of these Terms and constitutes unauthorized access.

You may not use any data, content, or output from the App for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Niracle Studios. This includes republishing redemption codes, game event data, or any other content sourced from the App.

Niracle is an independent, unofficial app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with HoYoverse, Kuro Games, Lilith Games, Hypergryph, NextNinja, Bluepoch, or any other game developer or publisher whose games are featured in the App. All game names, logos, and related content are trademarks of their respective owners. All information displayed in the App is publicly available.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Niracle Studios does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of redemption codes or game data at any time. Codes may expire without notice.

Niracle Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

Premium features are available via subscription or one-time purchase through Google Play. All billing is handled by Google Play in accordance with their terms. Refunds are subject to Google Play refund policies.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts.
